This Agreement governing the terms and conditions of your use of the C&C Bin Service, abbreviated C&C, is between you (“you” or “Customer”), as an authorized user of such services, and C&C (The Service).

This Agreement, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by C&C (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitutes the entire agreement between C&C and you regarding the C&C. By using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.


C&C offers the Service at its website www.candcbinservice.com or calling 573-797-046. The Service is a trash can and/or recycling bin cleaning service that initiates a monthly subscription for selecting a Monthly or BI-Monthly billed service plan. Single use options are excluded from any automatic renewal. If you elect to cancel or suspend service prior to your third scheduled cleaning on a subscription billed service plan, you will be billed the difference of the One-Time Cleaning service plan for each bin and the monthly subscription fee that was pre-paid. This subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to your renewal date and must be in writing and delivered by email to candcbinservice@gmail.com or on our website www.candcbinservice.com.

Customer Responsibilities

In order for C&C to provide its service, YOU MUST ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS or service could be interrupted or postponed:

a. Trash can(s) must be curb side and easily accessible (if using concierge service) to service personnel on scheduled service day.
b. Trash can(s) must be free of Human and Animal fecal matter, including cat litter.
c. Trash can(s) must be free of cooking / motor oils and grease
d. Trash can(s) must be free of chemicals, fresh paint, glue or other adhesive, or hazardous waste of any kind.
e. Trash can(s) must be free of building materials, e.g. plaster, stucco or concrete.

C&C will visually inspect the bin, prior to cleaning, for any defects and damages such as cracks or splits in the bin. Due to high temperature cleaning, our process could increase these damages and cause safety concerns for our drivers. These must be reported to your waste management company before C&C can provide your service. If we are unable to service, C&C will reschedule your cleaning once bins have been replaced.

C&C responsibilities

If C&C fails to provide its cleaning service on the scheduled day of service for a reason other than the customer failing to meet its responsibilities in the paragraph above, C&C will compensate the Customer by one of the following methods at its sole discretion: Arranging for the service to be performed on the next possible business day or credit the customer for missed service by extending the current renewal date.

Modifications to Customer Agreement

C&C may amend this Agreement at any time by (a) posting a revised Customer Agreement at www.candcbinservice.com, and/or (b) mailing or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provided to C&C. We will welcome all inquiries, questions and comments regarding any changes made to the agreement from our clients. In the event a change to the agreement conflicts with our clients wishes we will review the issue and if necessary, credit the client for the term of service that may be affected by changes in the agreement.
Our goal is to always serve our clients to the best of our ability and any changes to the agreement would be solely made for the betterment of the service program.

Modifications to Service

C&C reserves the right to modify our delivery of service for the betterment of our clients and the overall success of the service program.


You agree to pay all charges for your use of the service at the prices then in effect for your area of residence. All charges will be exclusive of value-added sales or other taxes, except as required by law. C&C reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges for access to or use of the service. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you by telephone or email before your next renewal date. It is your right to continue the service after your term or to discontinue the service at that time. Continued use of the services or non-termination of your C&C subscription, after changes are communicated to you by telephone, telephone message, mail OR email correspondence constitutes your acceptance of the prices as modified by the posted changes.

  1. Payment for your C&C service is due in accordance with your cycle of payment and must be made by the credit card designated by you for the use for the transaction.
  2. Charges are to be paid on a monthly-recurring basis that you have selected (Prepay Monthly or BI-Monthly Subscription). If payment is not received by C&C from the issuer of your credit or debit card (or its agent or affiliate), before service, C&C will not complete your service. Each time you use the service you agree and reaffirm that C&C is authorized to charge your designated card. Your card issuer’s agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with C&C and you must refer to such agreement (not this Agreement) with respect to your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
  3. Except for showing acceptable proof that you have relocated to an area that C&C does not offer the service, your service fees that are paid in advance are non-refundable. (If you are planning to relocate, please contact us as soon as possible to find out if service is available at your new location. If you have any question regarding any charges that have been applied to your account, please contact C&C customer service department within 30 days of the charge date.
  4. If you subscribed for the service pursuant to a special offer granting a pre-paid discount for a fixed number of months, your pre-paid fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except for a proven relocation. You must promptly notify C&C of changes to: (a) the account number or expiration date of your designated credit or debit card; (b) your billing address (for the designated credit or debit card); and (c) promptly notify Trash Bath if your card is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft).


C&C reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice upon rejection of any credit or debit card charges or if your card issuer (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to C&C when C&C believes you are liable for the charges. Such rights are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal rights or remedies available to C&C.

Cancellation of Subscription Service

The customer may cancel a subscription service at any time. If subscription cancellation occurs after only one cleaning visit, the customer will be charged the minimum service fee which is the equivalent of the One Time Cleaning Rate for the number of bins cleaned. Cancellation must occur 14 days in advance of next scheduled service date. Cancellation notice is required via telephone or email. Pre-payment refunds are not issued for cancellation of service.

Customer Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent customer’s personal identification information to others. C&C utilizes industry leading PCI compliant credit card information storage through their payment processor.

Sanitization and Disinfection

The customer understands that C&C's high pressure hot water is a great defense against germs and the environments they thrive in, but that C&C cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all contagions within, around and on garbage bins. C&C will make all reasonable efforts to sanitize and disinfect to the best of their ability, but makes no claims to prevent disease and/or the spread of contagions.
